Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.04 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due May 9, 2025 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 25.08%.
If the index declines but finishes at or above its 85% buffer level, investors will receive par.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
