Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $13.69 million of 0% enhanced participation equity notes due Oct. 4, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.58 times the index return.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
