New Issue: JPMorgan prices $892,000 7.2% autocallable yield notes linked to Mastercard

Chicago, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $892,000 of autocallable yield notes due Jan. 20, 2023 linked to the common stock of Mastercard Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting June 14, 2022 if the price of the underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price and on any subsequent monthly review date.

Investors will receive a coupon of 7.2%, paid monthly.

If the stock gains or ends above its 76.00% of the Initial Value, which is $258.818 downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the stock declines if it finishes below its downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
