New Issue: JPMorgan sells $859,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on EAFE ETF, Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., July 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $859,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due May 29, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.9 times the return of the worst performing asset.
If either asset falls but each asset finishes at or above the 65% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset from its initial level.
