New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.45 million capped dual directional barrier notes tied to indexes

New York, Dec. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.45 million of 0% capped dual directional accelerated barrier notes due June 15, 2023 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 2.2 times the gain, subject to a maximum return of par plus 35%.

If the index falls by up to 70%, the payout will be par plus 50% of the absolute value of the index return.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index from its initial level.
