New York, Oct. 29 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $110,000 of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Oct. 5, 2022 linked to the iShares Silver trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund closes at or above its initial level on the Oct. 4, 2021 call observation date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the $120 call premium.
If the notes are not called and the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return.
If the fund falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par. If the fund falls by more than 20%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
