Olympia, Wash., May 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC sold $1.09 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 3, 2022 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 26%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
