New Issue: JPMorgan prices $100,000 contingent digital buffered notes on S&P

Columbus, Ohio, April 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $100,000 of 0% contingent digital buffered notes due April 12, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 10%, payout at maturity will be par plus 11.1%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.11111% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.
