Tacoma, Wash., April 15 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price contingent annual interest notes due April 22, 2020 linked to the J.P. Morgan ETF Efficiente DS 5 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each year, the notes will pay a coupon of at least 2.5% if the index closes at or above the initial level on the review date for that year. The exact interest rate will be set at pricing.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price April 17 and settle April 23.

The Cusip number is 48127DFJ2.
