Olympia, Wash., June 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.33 million of 0% digital dual directional contingent buffered notes due Sept. 3, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 9.55%.
If the index falls by more than the 15% contingent buffer, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
