New Issue: JPMorgan sells $4.02 million buffered PLUS due 2021 tied to MSCI World

Olympia, Wash., Feb. 12 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.02 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 11, 2021 linked to the MSCI World index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain up to a maximum payout of $11.225 per $10.00 PLUS.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.
