Olympia, Wash., May 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.37 million of uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due May 31, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.025 times the gain.
If the index finishes flat or declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
