JPMorgan plans dual directional contingent buffered notes linked to iShares EM fund

New York, April 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped dual directional contingent buffered return enhanced notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the fund finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return.

If the fund falls but has not declined by more than the 22.5% contingent buffer during the life of the notes, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the fund.

Otherwise investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the fund.

The notes will price on April 25 and settle on April 30.

The Cusip number is 48129MNF9.
