JPMorgan to price fixed-to-floaters on 10-year dollar ICE swap rate

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price fixed-to-floating notes due Nov. 30, 2027 linked to the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate is 3.25% for the first two years. After that, interest will accrue at the 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate with a floor of zero. Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price Nov. 22.

The Cusip number is 48128GF96.
