New Issue: JPMorgan prices $10.63 million capped buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $10.63 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Nov. 9, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum payout of $1,187.50 per $1,000 of notes. Investors will receive par if the index falls by 12.5% or less and will lose 1.1429% for each 1% that it declines beyond 12.5%.
