New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.31 million buffered autocallables on Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 5 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.31 million of buffered autocallable securities due Aug. 3, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be called at par plus an annualized call return of 6.5% if the index closes at or above its initial level on any annual observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par if index falls by up to 15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
