JPMorgan plans one-year digital equity notes linked to S&P 500 index
New York, June 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% digital equity notes due July 19, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 90% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,052.00 to $1,061.00 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 10%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on June 14 and settle on June 21.
The Cusip number is 48128GYL8.
