New Issue: JPMorgan prices $500,000 yield notes linked to 10-year U.S. dollar ICE swap rate

Columbus, Ohio, March 28 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $500,000 of 11.3% yield notes due March 31, 2017 linked to the 10-Year U.S. Dollar ICE Swap Rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the reference rate either rises or falls by more than the 30% buffer, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% the reference rate rises or falls beyond the buffer.
