JPMorgan plans return notes linked to MSCI World Health Care index

Tacoma, Wash., July 9 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% return notes due July 15, 2015 linked to the MSCI World Health Care index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The index is a free float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index that is designed to capture the large- and mid-cap segments of the health-care sector across 23 developed market countries.
For each $1,000 principal amount of notes, the payout at maturity will be (a) $1,000 multiplied by (b) one plus the index return multiplied by (c) 99.5%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes are expected to price July 11 and settle July 16.
The Cusip number is 48127DSK5.
