New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.81 million capped buffered return enhanced notes on iShares MSCI EM

New York, May 30 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1,807,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due May 31, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 20%.
Investors will receive par for losses up to 10% and will be exposed to any losses beyond the buffer.
