JPMorgan to price 5.6%-7.6% airbag autocallables tied to MGM Resorts

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 8 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 5.6% to 7.6% airbag autocallable yield optimization notes due April 17, 2015 linked to the common stock of MGM Resorts International, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be payable monthly. The exact coupon will be determined at pricing.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus accrued interest if MGM Resorts stock closes at or above the initial share price on any quarterly observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price is less than the conversion price, in which case the payout will be a number of MGM Resorts shares equal to $1,000 divided by the conversion price. The conversion price will be 85% of the initial share price.
The notes (Cusip: 48127E320) will price April 11 and settle April 17.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and UBS Financial Services Inc. will be the agents.
