New Issue: JPMorgan prices $806,000 buffered enhanced notes linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets fund

Philadelphia, Oct. 30 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $806,000 of 0% buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 30, 2009 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, up to a maximum return of 38.8%. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
