JPMorgan to price 0% lesser-index return enhanced notes linked to Topix, Nikkei

Philadelphia, April 26 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price an issue of 0% lesser-index return enhanced notes due June 16, 2008 linked to the Topix and the Nikkei 225 indexes, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are expected to price May 11 and settle May 16.

The payout at maturity will be triple any gain on the least-performing index, subject to a maximum total return that will be at least 34.5% and will be determined at pricing. Investors will be fully exposed to any decline in the index.

J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. will be the agent.
