New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.4 million autocallable accelerated barrier notes linked to SPDR ETF

New York, May 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.4 million of 0% autocallable accelerated barrier notes due May 4, 2027 linked to the SPDR S&P MidCap 400 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called automatically at a premium of 10% if the ETF closes at or above its initial value on May 5, 2025.

If the ETF gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of the ETF return.

Investors will receive par if the ETF declines but ends at or above its 70% barrier and will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it finishes below the barrier level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
