New York, Oct. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $275,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 26, 2023 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its 75% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.45%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing asset declines beyond its buffer.

The notes are non-callable.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
