New York, July 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $445,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due July 24, 2025 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index finishes at or above 85% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 17%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% the worst performing index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
