New Issue: JPMorgan prices $43,000 step-up autocallable notes on J.P. Morgan Efficiente Plus DS 5

Chicago, June 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $43,000 of 0% step-up autocallable notes due June 4, 2026 linked to the J.P. Morgan Efficiente Plus DS 5 index (Net ER), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will be automatically redeemed early if the index closes above its call value on either of two annual review dates. The redemption price is par plus a 9% annual premium. The call value is 101% of the initial value on the first review date in 2024 and 102% of the initial value on the review date in 2025.

If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.

Otherwise, investors will receive par.
