New Issue: JPMorgan prices $448,000 autocallable buffered return enhanced notes linked to S&P 500

New York, June 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $448,000 of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due July 13, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains the payout will be par plus 135% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines but ends at or above its 20% buffer and they will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond the buffer.

The notes will be called automatically on July 12, 2023 at a premium of 13.4% if the index closes above 100% of its initial value.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
