New Issue: JPMorgan prices $250,000 review notes linked to Russell, S&P
Chicago, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% review notes due May 27, 2027 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically starting May 24, 2023 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 7.7% per year if the worst performing index closes above 95% of its initial value on the successive determination dates;
If not called and the worst performing index ends above its 60% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
