New York, March 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.3 million of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due March 20, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically on March 20, 2024 at a premium of 15.75% if the worst performing asset closes at or above its initial value.
If the worst performing asset gains, the payout will be par plus 200% of the worst performing asset return.
Investors will receive par if the worst performing asset declines by no more than 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
