Buffalo, N.Y., May 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.04 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due May 12, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.35%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% of index decline from its initial level.
