Chicago, April 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.32 million of 0% review notes due Oct. 1, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 12.15% per year if each asset closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual call date after one year.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless the final level of either asset is less than its initial level by more than 40%, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing asset declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
