New Issue: JPMorgan prices $250,000 digital barrier notes linked to ARK Innovation

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $250,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due July 28, 2022 linked to theARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the digital return of 8%.

If the ETF declines by no more than 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the ETF from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
