Chicago, Feb. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC sold $878,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due July 30, 2021 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any ETF gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 10.25%.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
