Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.74 million of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Aug. 12, 2022 linked to the iShares Global Clean Energy ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the fund closes at or above its initial level on the Feb. 16, 2022 call observation date, the notes will be automatically called at par plus the $245.50 call premium.
If the notes are not called and the fund return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return.
If the fund falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. If the fund falls by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
