Lexington, Ky., Nov. 14 – Inter-American Development Bank issued $100 million additional floating-rate notes due Feb. 15, 2029 at 99.498, according to a notice on Tuesday.
The total issue price was $100,908,000 which includes $1.41 million of 90 days’ accrued interest.
The notes were issued on Monday and will be consolidated and form a single series with $1 billion of the notes issued on Feb. 15, 2022, $100 million issued March 21, 2022 and $100 million issued Aug. 14.
Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch was the dealer.
Application has been made to list the notes on the London Stock Exchange plc’s UK Regulated Market.
The provider of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean is based in Washington, D.C.
