Intrum on road with €600 million seven-year notes through Wednesday

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., July 22 – Sweden-based Intrum AB began a brief roadshow for a €600 million offering of seven-year senior notes (//BB), according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs is managing the sale.

The credit management company, with headquarters in Stockholm, plans to use the proceeds to refinance €300 million and SEK 3 billion of its senior floating-rate notes due 2022, with any excess proceeds to repay debt under its revolving credit facility.

The notes will come with two years of call protection, the source said.
