New Issue: BofA sells $2.13 million more Elements on ICE BofAML GRains for Svensk

Los Angeles, Jan. 10 – AB Svensk Exportkredit priced an additional $2.13 million of 0% Elements due Feb. 14, 2023 linked to the ICE BofAML Commodity index eXtra (GRains) – Total Return via BofA Securities, Inc., according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $4 million principal amount of additional notes priced at 53.217 for total proceeds of $2,128,680. The add-on notes settled on Dec. 29.

The original $4 million principal amount of notes priced at par of $10 on Feb. 11, 2008.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return, which could be positive or negative, less an annual investor fee of 0.75%.

The notes are putable on weekly repurchase dates, subject to a minimum of $5 million of notes.

The notes are listed on NYSE Arca under the symbol “GRU.”
