New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $200,000 CS notes tied to three ETFs
Chicago, March 20 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $200,000 of 0% CS notes due May 27, 2025 linked to the lowest performing of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, the iShares MSCI Brazil ETF and the iShares MSCI Hong Kong exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain of the least performing ETF up to a 30.6% maximum gain.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
