New Issue: Israel prices €500 million 0% series 22 notes due 2022 at par

Olympia, Wash., July 20 – State of Israel sold €500 million of 0% series 22 notes due July 22, 2022 (AA-) at par, according to a term sheet.
The notes priced under the sovereign’s €20 billion euro medium-term note program.
Goldman Sachs International managed the Regulation S deal.
