Morgantown, W.Va., May 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1,096,000 of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the ETF finishes above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times the gain with the payout capped at par plus 20%.
If the ETF finishes flat or declines by up to 26.5%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 26.5%.
