Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 7 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5 million of trigger callable contingent yield notes due Dec. 4, 2026 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annualized rate of 8.15% if each fund closes at or above its coupon barrier, 70% of its initial value, on the relevant observation date.
The notes are redeemable in whole, at the issuer’s option, at par plus any coupon otherwise due on any quarterly observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon if each ETF finishes at or above its coupon barrier.
