Bank of America to price Stars on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF

Madison, Wis., Feb. 10 - Bank of America Corp. plans to price 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due February 2013 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par of $10 plus a call premium of 13% to 17% if the fund share price closes at or above the initial price on the observation date in February 2013.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fund return. Investors will be fully exposed to losses.

The notes will price and settle in February.
