New Issue: RBC prices $5.53 million jump securities linked to iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Madison, Wis., Nov. 2 - Royal Bank of Canada priced $5.53 million of 0% jump securities due May 6, 2013 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the exchange-traded fund's final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 9.2%. If the final share price is less than the initial share price, investors will be fully exposed to the decline.
RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the agent. Distribution is through Morgan Stanley Smith Barney LLC.
