RBC redeems $1.36 million trigger phoenix notes on iShares MSCI EM

Madison, Wis., Oct. 24 - Royal Bank of Canada gave notice that it redeemed on Oct. 24 all $1,363,400 of its outstanding trigger phoenix autocallable optimization securities due Jan. 27, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund.

The securities (Cusip: 78008D695) were redeemed at par plus a quarterly contingent coupon of 10.81% per year.
