New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.73 million trigger jump notes linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Oct. 2 - Morgan Stanley priced $2.73 million of 0% trigger jump securities due Oct. 3, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the upside return of 26.25%.
Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses if the fund falls by more than 15%.
