Deutsche Bank plans accelerated return securities on iShares MSCI EM

San Diego, Oct. 18 - Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch plans to price 0% accelerated return securities due December 2012 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus triple any gain in the fund, subject to a maximum return of 30% to 35%. The exact maximum return will be determined at pricing.

Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes (Cusip: 2515A1DX6) are expected to price and settle in October.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as agent.
