New Issue: Barclays sells $3.72 million buffered SuperTrack notes on MSCI EM fund

Chicago, May 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.72 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Aug. 31, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 16.3%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
