New Issue: RBC prices $204,000 leveraged buffered notes tied to iShares MSCI EM

Madison, Wis., June 3 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $204,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Oct. 3, 2016 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any fund gain, up to the maximum settlement amount of $1,193.70 for each $1,000 principal amount.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.

RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the underwriter.
