New Issue: JPMorgan prices $693,000 capped buffered enhanced notes on iShares Emerging Markets

Madison, Wis., Dec. 31 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $693,000 of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due March 4, 2015 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any fund gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,156.60 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

Investors will receive par if the shares fall by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
